Customer service is definitely the most important aspect of Airtech's business.  Right from the initial visit by Troy who was professional and friendly and verified specific needs and requirements and provided me a quote before he left my house, to the installation crew (Erin & Jonathan) who took the time to ask the names of my dogs so that they could converse with them during the installation and ensure they were safe during the coring process, to Token who booked my appointment and answered all my questions relating to the manufacturer and federal government rebate programs.  Thanks very much.  It is nice to see that there are still companies out there that care about their customers needs rather than just their bottom line.  Job well done.  40/40
