We had a problem with our furnace in our mobile home in October. We contacted a company that we have dealt with in the past, but were met with indifference at least, and annoyance at most, from the organization. In frustration, I called Airtech to see if we could have someone come out and look at our furnace, which had completely stopped the previous day.
First contact with your company was through you Receptionist, who was very friendly, kind and most helpful. She arranged for a serviceman (Larry) to come out in the evening when we would be home from work.
The serviceman who came was also very friendly and respectful of our home. He found that we had inadvertantly turned off the furnace by hitting the emergency power switch when we were installing a shelf. He could have taken advantage of us, but was completely honest. He found the problem literally in 10 seconds, and told us there would be no charge.
I cannot relay to you how appreciative we were of the service provided by Airtech. I work in the service industry and I know that good service is not difficult to provide, yet so often I am disappointed that service people and service companies "don't get it"! It has been over a month now since our experience, but we felt that we had to let Airtech know just how good it is. Any need we have for the services you provide will have us calling you first, and rest assured that anyone we talk to will also know where to call.
You have good people in your employ -- it is so important to have these kind individuals on your 'front line'.
