We would like to thank you for the orderly and timely estimate and actual installation of the new Lennox furnace. Since then the City Gas Inspector has been here and inspected and passed the installation. Also your office has helped with the Provincial rebate and it was sent in. We must make a comment on the installation by Jonathan and Erin. They were here very promptly at the appointed time. Women are becoming more part of the trades. Erin is a fine example of a very knowledgeable and hard worker and will do well in the trade. We wish her the very best in her courses as she enters her 3rd year of apprenticeship. Thanks to both of them for this hard work. Since we were well pleased with the Costco program and Airtech, anyone we talk with will be told how well pleased we were.
