Hours, Pay and Benefits: Work is full time and year-round, with regular hours of operation Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required. A comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, prescription, employee assistance, short- and long-term disability, and vision coverage) is available to all employees after 300 hours worked. An RRSP benefit matching up to $2 per hour starts after employees have worked 1,000 hours for the company. In-house business education training is provided for employees voluntarily participating in Airtech’s Profit Sharing Program. As an added incentive, apprentices may also qualify for full tuition reimbursement. Trades jobs are certified through Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
