Hours, Pay and Benefits:

Work is full time and year-round, with regular hours of operation Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required.  A comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, prescription, employee assistance, short- and long-term disability, and vision coverage) is available to all employees after 300 hours worked.  An RRSP benefit matching up to $2 per hour starts after employees have worked 1,000 hours for the company.  In-house business education training is provided for employees voluntarily participating in Airtech’s Profit Sharing Program.  As an added incentive, apprentices may also qualify for full tuition reimbursement.
